Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do you provide written proposals, estimates and/or consultations in the event we aren't sure of our selections?  

A. Yes, we are happy to e-mail or otherwise  provide you with a written proposal outlining the cost for our linens.  We do not charge for this, nor for our time giving you our best advice on what to choose.  

Q. Do you charge for delivery and/or pick up of your linens?  

A. No, there are no delivery or pick up charges.  

Q. How can I check your performance to be sure you are reputable?

A. Any request for references will be supplied immediately, whether locally, or in any of the counties we service.  We will provide the names of professional wedding planners, florists, caterers, hotel managers, reception staff, and, of course customers who will vouch for our dependablility and product.  

Q. Do we need to come to your office for a consultation?  

A. No, we can meet at your home, your office, or at the venue in which your affair is taking place.  The latter may be best so that the carpeting and wall coloring can be factored into your decisions.

Q. When we decide to order your linens, we may not have the exact guest count, therefore adjustments might need to be made shortly before our affair.  How is that handled?  

A. We print you out a proposal, a small deposit is made upon approval of our services, but the quantities are not binding until one week prior to the event, except in extreme cases where special goods need to be reserved.  

Q. Do you rent only, or can table linens or skirting be purchased?  

A. We rent and sell.  Items for purchase are very reasonably priced and generally delivered in a day or two.  

Q. In the event that we rent, and have you install chair covers, do we have to remove and bag them at the end of the evening?  

A. No, we arrange for the facility to do that, however, they perform this as a service to you, their client, and do not get paid for this by us.  

Q. Do you have minimums?  

A. Yes, chair cover installation orders are required to be 100 or more, however, you may rent any quantity you like without installation.  

Q. Are your table skirts shirred or box pleated?  

A. They are shirred and velcro clips are included in the rental price.  Box pleated skirts are, however, available for purchase.
